Press Conference: Government of Grenada signs Agreement with Mount Sinai Health System for the new Hospital
On 14 May, 2025, the Government of Grenada signed a long-term agreement with the globally renowned Mount Sinai Health System in New York. This historic partnership marks the next phase of Project Polaris, Grenada’s plan to build a world-class, climate-resilient smart hospital at Hope Vale.
The new hospital will deliver advanced clinical services, world-class training, and high-quality care for all Grenadians. Mount Sinai will provide expert guidance in hospital procedures, clinical planning, and workforce development, helping Grenada raise its healthcare standards to international levels.
This is a major step forward in transforming Grenada into the medical capital of the OECS.
